Rupin Vadera
Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr Vadera has, in a career spanning 35 years, worked in portfolio management, property management, investment and marketing in the UK, USA, Canada, Eastern Europe and India.
He comes from an established business family with property and tea plantations in India and Africa. After a brief stint in the family business, Mr Vadera moved to private portfolio management for high net worth individuals.
As client interests diversified into property, he branched out to form his own
property development company handling a series of major projects. As project manager, his most recent involved a major development of a 10-acre brown field site for the regeneration of Brentford Town centre.
He has extensive experience in liaising with national bodies, local council and
community groups. Mr Vadera was also part of an advisory panel to the Bank of England, drawing upon his experience of the wider commercial property sector.
Mr Vadera follows a family tradition of philanthropy, that is reflected in the value-based model of the company, and its support of a range of charities.
Madhavi Vadera
Director and Company Secretary
A fellow of the of the Institute of Chartered Managements Accountants, she was awarded her Fellowship from the Institute of Chartered management Accounts for work done on Public Sector Change Management.
She is an experienced management consultant with a wealth of experience in change management, financial control and public sector finance.
She established and headed up an internal consultancy team for the London
Borough of Harrow. Madhavi is currently a consultant working for NATO and FII Ltd.
Madhavi was the Chief Accountant of NATO – UK, where she initiated and supported the implementation of Resource Management processes geared towards achieving IPSAS compliance.
She is on the board of several charities focused on transformational educational projects for women and children.
Laetitia Guerin
Chief Financial Officer
Ms Guerin has extensive experience working within the Financial Services sector in the UK for over 10 years, ranging from broking, back office functions, compliance and system implementation.
She has headed up the broking settlements and accounting functions, acted as Compliance Officer and taken the lead on governance and risk management .
She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance / Business Management and is an ACCA finalist.
As CFO, she maintains full oversight of the Firm’s treasury functions working closely with the Board to ensure that the Firm’s overall strategy is met. She is responsible for the Compliance/MLRO Oversight function at FII Limited.
